They answered all of our questions, were very willing to talk and were very approachable. For activities, they had some classes in the morning and different activities set up for people. When we were there around Christmas, the staff was assisting them in making cookies, decorating, and doing other things together.
They treat my grandmother like a person without limitations or disabilities, which is a huge plus in my book. There are always activities to keep the residents busy and active. At first, I was skeptical about her losing her independence. After being a resident for a while, I see that it has been a great improvement in her life.
Excellent care. Over the years several family members have resided here from Ball Pavilion to Conrad House. A great place.
